I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I have worked in spiritual care for the past fifteen years and have helped many people find hope and healing through their difficult situations. Having had cancer in 2020, I know that life is full of challenges. hardships, failures, sickness, and sometimes life can be very lonely. But what if we can take these challenges and struggles and turn them into an opportunity for growth?

I have my Masters of Divinity from McMaster Divinity College in Hamilton. I am a certified mental fitness coach with Positive Intelligence, a certified communication coach with Life Languages International (TM), and a Leadership Development trainer with Maxwell Leadership.

My approach is empathetic and collaborative as we partner together where you’ll learn strategies and tools that will help you not only survive, but to thrive in all areas of life including your relationships, your mindset, your physical, your professional, your personal and your spiritual life.
